How to start working out and getting results

Hello this is my first post on the site, here i am going to upload to you daily posts with everything you can imagine and even more, like recepies, exercices tips, some routines and tons of other things at this time you may be asking yourself that this dont have nothing to do with starting working out, and your correct so lets go!!!



I am going to make it easier for you and i will make this as simple as it can be. So first of all you should know that if you dont eat clean you will get no results, eating clean is the most important thing to be healthy and fit, just to be clear look at the image down bellow


As you can see 70% of your results come from what you eat and only 30% from your training and you should think that is not a diet is a way of life because if you want to be healthy and fit its not only eating healthy for a limited time because if you do that your results are going to go away much faster than you gain, and dont worry there are tons of recepies that are very tasty and healthy thrust me, (tomorrow i will upload a  recepie of a icecream to prove you that i am no joking they can be even more tasty thant junk food. I recommend the app myfitnesspal for you to watch how many calories your eating per day i personally use it is very good just search on your app store and your going to find it.


Your still here well its awesome to know that, that tells me that you are determined to be fit lets talk just a little bit on the workout, as a begginer dont expect to lift heavy ass weights in fact if you do that you are just going to hurt yourself and get a injurie. You need to make it simple for the first 2 or 3 moths to get a routine, dont just start working out 7 days a week you are going to quit in a few weeks thrust me i know what i am telling, just keep it simple and workout 3 days a week in 30 minutes session dont do more than that, remember keep it simple you may think that if you workout more you will get more results faster, thats not true just let your body recover from this workouts from the first weeks you dont even need to go to the gym to this first 2 or 3 months do only this exercices at home or at the park or... whatever you want do pushups to failure, squats to failure, plank to failure and if you can pullups to failure and do it over and over for 20-30 minutes if you need(i know you are going to need) rest but no more than 1 minute. Do it and after 1 month you are going to start seeying results i promise you if you do this how i tell you after 1 month you see results.
