This is how to make your squats more effective!!

Squats are the main exercice to work your booty to make it look more strong and roundy, well if you do 30 or 40 bodyweight squats very easy i got a challenge for you just try to do it this way and im sure you will not do half of you used to do.
You start like a normal squat go down and when you are starting to go up at the middle of the way up go back down and then go up and that is one rep it is much more effective and challenging than the normal squat and you will see more results but dont forget the diet is the most important thing!!

And remember the more you go down more you will be working the muscle some people cannot go under 90º because knees pain but that is very common and remember every single person is diferent dont copy others just it worked for them not means it will work for you, go as low as you can but without knee pain.
